Meatball is a 3-4 year old male who was abandoned by his owners in the Village of Goshen.
His owners lived above a well known Pizzeria and when the owners of the Pizzeria realized they'd moved
and left him behind, they contacted us and we took him in.  Unfortunately, Meatball tested positive for FIV,
however he is otherwise healthy.  He needs to be the only cat or possibly with other FIV cats.
There is not adoption fee for the right adopter.
We just want a good home for Meatball.
He is super sweet and very affectionate and will make a great pet.

Zoey is approx. 5 years of age.  She has actually become very close with CJ the cat,
who is also about 5 years of age.
Zoey is a larger girl and is tuxedo in color.
She tends to be pretty outgoing.  She can often be found curled up napping with CJ.
Zoey was found as a stray and brought to our shelter a couple years ago.  Zoey is an indoor cat.
It would be nice if Zoey and CJ could go together, but not a must.
CJ came to us with his brother TJ about 3 1/2 years ago.
They were brought in by a Good Samaritan who told us she found them as strays.
TJ was adopted immediately, however CJ has always been very shy.
He is close to 5 years of age and resides in our free roaming room.
He actually enjoys the company of Zoey and they can often be found cuddling.
CJ just needs a patient and loving owner who'll give him time to adjust to a new home (possibly with Zoey.)

Graham is approximately 5 years of age.  He is Zoey's sister.
Graham is a big guy and enjoys watching birds in the window and hanging out.
He is a tuxedo kitty is is 16-17 lbs.
He can be a little shy at times, but will warm up.
He just needs someone who'll give him time to readjust to a new home
since the shelter has been "home" for the last couple of years.  Sweet boy.
Pixel is approximately 2 1/2 years old and has been with us since 1/2016.
Pixel is owner surrendered. She has done "ok" in the shelter, but needs someone who is a
very patient ownerand will give her space and time to readjust.
At times she can be very affectionate,
but at times she wants nothing to do with people and lets you know it.
She does not like other cats, and doesn't like being held.
Pixel is a larger cat black and white female.
She would do better as the only cat in the household.

Champ is now about 2 1/2 years of age.
He needs a special owner, someone who is experienced and committed to working with a trainer.
Champ is a high energy dog, but is very smart and will listen well to commands.
He needs to have an "alpha" person in his life.
His original owner was very young (19) and even though she loved him,
was not mature enough or able to care for him.
He needs (and loves) walks, so would love going for hikes.
Loves car rides, and is often asleep before leaving the driveway.
Very much a people person.
Not a dog to be left in a pen, or crated long term.
He needs a family or person that will be a part of his life and make him a part of their life.
Rosie is a 4-5 year old American Pit Bull Terrier/Mix.
Rosie is a super sweet/smart girl.
If you are possibly interested in adopting this sweet girl,
please call the shelter at 845-294-3984 to make an appointment
to meet Rosie.  Rosie is definitley worth taking the time to meet.
